Meet the scientist high school seminar

It was a great pleasure to present at the seminar series in Lucky Pen school in Redmond, Washington. I have presented what it is like to be a scientist, what the day looks like, what motivates me, what is the most exciting thing I work on. It is important to have realistic expectations for kids considering science in their career, especially when they are at school and consider many options of who they could become. I hope I motivated some of them to pay more attention to biology, programming and mathematics. Who knows, maybe some of them will consider a career in STEM in the future.
